Position: CNO-Expert/CNO Developer
Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Location: Laurel, MD
Work Schedule: 100% Onsite

Position Overview:

As a CNO-Expert/CNO Developer , you will design and develop advanced CNO (Computer Network Operations) capabilities and systems. Your expertise in networking, security, and software development will enable you to identify, address, and resolve complex technical challenges, all while ensuring the highest standards of software performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative hardware or software-based CNO solutions.
  • Lead the development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of security principles and network protocols to system architecture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues at the software and network level.
  • Ensure adherence to software quality standards and best practices.
  • Communicate project status to leadership and key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 6+ years in a relevant field, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging.
  • Expertise in low-level internals across technologies such as Windows, Unix, Mobile, and Network devices.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming.
  • Experience in developing CNO capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering.
  • Understanding of assembly programming concepts.
  • Familiarity with unit testing methodologies.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
